A JHSC course is designed to provide training and education to individuals who are part of or wish to join a Joint Health and Safety Committee. The course aims at health and safety law, identification, assessment, and control of hazards.
Once trainees have completed JHSC Part 1 they are required to complete JHSC Part 2. Understanding the process of recognizing, assessing, controlling, and evaluating hazards equips certified members with the ability to apply their knowledge.
BEST Safety has created this program to remind Members of their responsibilities and functions on the JHSC. This Program meets the CPO criteria, to update legislative changes that have taken place and share best practices amongst the class.

Provide operators with the knowledge and skill to operate the equipment safely in the environment where the worker will use it. These platforms are used in various industries requiring working at heights, like construction, maintenance, and repair.
This course satisfies CSA Standard B355-15. Have operators demonstrate their skills on the equipment and in the environment, they will be working in. Ensure the safety of the operator and those working in the area, as well as preventing accidents.
